Dr. Susan Lieberman, the Executive Director of Conservation Policy at the Wildlife Conservation Society, brought the issue of wildlife trafficking directly to China Central TV this week with an interview on CCTV.

Sue emphasizes that the market for ivory needs to be closed in China, the USA, and in all countries where ivory purchases are still legal, and that consumers should never buy ivory. She also discusses the connections with transnational organized crime.
